  • LeTonya F. Moore, Esq. CEO, Co-Founder

A Passionate Lawyer Forged by Personal History

For LeTonya F. Moore, fighting for a child's civil right to an education isn't just a profession, it's a calling rooted in her own family’s history. Her passion is fueled by the story of her father, a brilliant child in the segregated South who was labeled as "dumb" by a system that failed to see his potential. He struggled with words that jumbled on the page, eventually dropping out of school, never knowing he had a treatable eye condition. His experience is a powerful, personal reminder of how devastating it is when a school system fails a child.

This foundational understanding of systemic failure, combined with over two decades of experience as a federal regulatory and disability civil rights attorney, ignited LeTonya’s mission. She is a voice for the vulnerable, dedicated to ensuring that no other child is overlooked, written off, or denied the future they deserve.

    My Approach to Advocacy

"The strongest cases are built on a foundation of trust. My first job is always to listen, to understand your family's story, your child's unique strengths, and the frustrations you have faced. You are the world's foremost expert on your child. My role is to combine your expertise with my deep knowledge of civil rights law to build a powerful, customized strategy. I am committed to being a compassionate counselor to you and a relentless, unconflicted advocate for your child."

    Experience & Focus

As the firm's ranking civil rights lawyer, LeTonya handles the most complex matters where educational failures cross the line into illegal discrimination. Her career as a former federal attorney and litigator for agencies like the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, and the U. S. Department of Health & Human Services, gives her a rare and powerful insight into how government systems work, and how to hold them accountable when they fail.

LeTonya focuses her practice on high-stakes civil rights litigation in federal court under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504, IDEA, and other civil and constitutional rights matters. She is particularly focused on cases involving:

Systemic Discrimination: Challenging district-wide and state-level failures that harm children with disabilities.

Unlawful Disciplinary Exclusion: Fighting back when schools punish students for behaviors that are manifestations of their disability.

Failure to Provide a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE): Demanding accountability and monetary damages when a school's actions cause tangible harm to a child.

Her dedication has earned her national and international recognition, including being named Top Attorney of the Year (2024) by the International Association of Top Professionals and receiving the Outstanding Leadership Award (2024) from Education 2.0.

  • Tania Williams, Attorney

Tania Williams, Esq., Managing Partner & Co-Founder

A Fearless Litigator Fighting for the Underserved

Tania Williams’s journey to becoming a fierce advocate for children began in the trenches of the justice system. As a prosecutor in Florida, she witnessed firsthand how individuals with developmental needs were profoundly underserved and often punished by a system unable to account for their differences. She saw that the fight for fairness required an advocate who was not afraid of the courtroom, someone willing and able to challenge the status quo.

This experience became the driving force behind her career. Whether holding facilities accountable for neglect and abuse as a civil litigator or defending employees' rights under the ADA, Tania’s path has always been defined by standing up to powerful institutions on behalf of those who need a champion. This background as a trial attorney makes her an unyielding force for the families she now represents.

    My Approach to Advocacy

"By the time a family calls us, they are often exhausted from being dismissed by the school system. My approach is to immediately lift that burden. While I am a skilled negotiator, I prepare every case as if it will go to trial. This litigation-ready mindset changes the dynamic entirely. It tells the school district that we will not back down, and it gives our clients the confidence that their fight is now our fight. I am your family’s strategic partner and your child’s fearless voice in the courtroom."

    Experience & Focus

As Managing Partner and Chief Litigation Officer, Tania directs the firm's legal strategy, advocating for families in both administrative hearings and high-stakes court litigation. Her background gives her a unique advantage in understanding how to build a case from the ground up and challenge the opposition's arguments at every turn.

Tania's practice is centered on providing comprehensive representation that extends from the IEP meeting to the courthouse steps. Her work includes:

Due Process & Administrative Hearings: Expertly navigating the special education hearing process to compel school districts to comply with the law.

Civil Litigation: Filing lawsuits to address wrongful death, neglect, and abuse of students with disabilities within the school system.

ADA & Employment Law Expertise: Leveraging her extensive experience with ADA claims to fight for students who require accommodations, including those transitioning out of the school system.

While a Critical Skills Instructor at Nova Southeastern University's College of Law, Tania worked directly with students who needed testing accommodations, giving her an intimate understanding of the barriers students face and the critical importance of proper advocacy.
